What is Energy Healing, and how do I work with it?
Energy Healing, as I practise it, is the art of connecting with your energy field to restore balance, release what no longer serves, and gently activate your body’s natural ability to heal and realign. It’s a quiet, non-invasive process—deeply felt, often wordless, and sometimes profound.
During a session, I work with both hands-on and hands-off techniques, depending on your comfort. I use guided visualisation, restorative breathwork, crystals, and sound—especially my voice and custom ambient soundscapes—to support the healing process.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and collaborative. I don’t believe in fixing people—I hold space for you to shift at your own pace and on your own terms. Energy healing, to me, is a process of coming home to yourself.
What is Energy Healing, and how do I work with it?
People come to me when something feels blocked or out of sync—whether in work, relationships, or within themselves. Some feel overwhelmed, others feel stuck. Many are searching for more clarity, ease, or inner stability.
This work is open to anyone—whether you’re new to energy healing or already familiar with it. Some clients return regularly for ongoing support, while others come during transitions or challenging times.
What happens during a session?
Sessions are 60 minutes long and begin with a short conversation about what’s currently present for you. From there, I guide you into a relaxed state through breathwork and visualisation. I’ll then use hands-on or hands-off energy healing, including vocal resonance and sound healing, to support the rebalancing process.
You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. Simply come as you are—curious, open, or even uncertain.
What might you experience?
Clients often describe a sense of calm, clarity, or release. Some feel deeply relaxed; others feel energised or emotionally lighter. Shifts can be subtle or more noticeable—it varies from person to person, and from session to session.
What’s consistent is that you’re more connected to yourself and better able to move forward with a clearer mind and steadier heart.
What makes my approach unique?
My work is intuitive and multi-layered. I listen deeply—to your words, your energy, and what lies beneath the surface. I work with colour and sound within the energy field, always inviting your own inner healing intelligence to lead the way.
People often tell me I have a calm, grounded presence and that they feel safe, seen, and supported in our sessions. My goal is always to help you trust yourself more—not become dependent on me.


What tools do I use?
Every session is different, but I often include:
- Restorative breathwork
- Visualisation
- Resonant voice work and sound healing
- Crystals and colour-based energy techniques
- Intuitive guidance when needed
My own ambient soundscapes are sometimes used to deepen the experience.
How should I prepare?
There’s no need to arrive in a certain mindset. Some people come with a clear intention, others come simply knowing they need something to shift. Both are welcome.
If you’re feeling ungrounded or unsure, that in itself can be a perfect starting point.
What’s recommended afterwards?
After a session, I recommend resting, hydrating, and allowing space for integration. Journaling can be helpful to capture any insights that arise.
Healing unfolds over time. Sometimes shifts are immediate, other times they emerge gradually. Either way, change is happening beneath the surface.
