Energetic Reset
Stress, anxiety, fear and worry are common threads in our daily mental landscape. These mental energies can subtly—and sometimes not so subtly—create blockages within the energetic field. Over time, this may manifest as mental fog, physical tension, and a sense of disconnection or lack of direction.
Much of this is self-created, shaped by how we perceive ourselves, others and the world around us.
With awareness, practice and patience, we can begin to shift this. We can create more spaciousness in our inner world—cultivating clarity, presence and freedom by learning to hold distance between ourselves and our experience.
In this session, Tor will guide you through an Energetic Reset to help clear and rebalance your energy field.
After settling down on a comfortable mat, eyes closed and blanket over you, Tor will begin by leading you through a grounding breathwork sequence to help settle your nervous system and open your energetic field.
From there, you’ll be guided into a transformative visualisation, before receiving hands-on energy healing as Tor moves through the space. He will sing resonant tones—channeled through his voice—to amplify the energy within the room, helping shift deeper layers of energetic stagnation.
An ambient soundscape will gently support the experience, played through the speakers to hold the frequency.
You’ll leave the space feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your inner guidance.
Who This Is For
This session is for anyone feeling energetically heavy, mentally foggy or emotionally overwhelmed. It’s ideal if you’ve been feeling stuck, tense, or off-centre and are looking for a reset—something to help you release what’s not yours, reconnect with your own energy, and find a sense of clarity.
Whether you’re completely new to energy healing or have an established spiritual or healing practice, this experience will meet you where you are. No prior experience is needed—just an openness to rest, receive and reconnect.

Tor is a multidisciplinary spiritual practitioner who draws upon holistic practices: coaching, psychology, visual meditation, breathwork, psychism, tarot and colour/crystal/sound energy healing.
