Meditations
Meditation is one of the most challenging yet powerful practices I engage in daily.
It helps me maintain perspective, connect with my inner guidance, and receive healing and insights from my spirit guides.
The method I practice is a visual meditation, specifically designed to build a bridge of communication with Spirit.
Below, you’ll find a selection of meditations of varying lengths. The longest practice mirrors the one I do every day.
When you choose to meditate, you can do so either seated or lying down—whichever feels most comfortable for you.
