As a result, I offer a wide range of spiritual and wellbeing talks and workshops.

Tarot Reading + Energy Healing
In this 60-minute session, I will pull a Tarot Card for each participant and give them a short reading. In addition, I will guide them through a Healing Meditation and give them hands-on healing.

Connecting with your intuition
In this 60-75 minute workshop, I help the participants connect to their intuition without mystical woo-woo.
Brene Brown says, “Intuition is not a single way of knowing – it’s our ability to hold space for uncertainty and our willingness to trust the many ways we’ve developed knowledge and insight, including instinct, experience, faith. And reason.”
Our intuition can be a creative force for good because it can help us take calculated risks and find a path forward that others may not see.
In this workshop, through knowledge sharing, meditation and questioning, I help the participants begin to feel once again what it is like to connect with your intuition.
In this 60-75 minute workshop, I help the participants Create Wellness with Guided Journaling.
WebMD says that journaling can help with reducing anxiety, stopping brooding, creating awareness, regulating emotions and helping open up about what is going on for you.
I will ask questions such as “What if you knew that placing your wellbeing first would improve all areas of your life – how would you live?”
I have found that journaling helps me create clarity, untangle limiting beliefs, reveal unhelpful assumptions and create a path forward.
Acceptance + Intuition
In this 60-75 minute workshop, I help the participants learn how to practice acceptance and set positive intentions for the future.
Lao Tzu says, “Because one believes in oneself, one doesn’t try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn’t need others’ approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her.”
Acceptance has been the most powerful practice in my life because it helps me cope with life’s uncertainty in a healthy way. We do not know what the future has in store for us. All we can do is take each wave as it comes. Practising acceptance can do that for us.
Co-designing Affirmations for Wellness
In this 60-75 minute workshop, I help the participants design positive affirmations to boost their sense of wellness.
Affirmations can be a marvellous force for direction and self-improvement. It is even said the ancient Greeks used them.
My favourite affirmation is “I can do difficult things”.
I will guide the participants through an exercise where they design affirmations that relate to them and in their own language.
In this 60-75 minute workshop, I help the participants understand what authenticity means in relation to creating awareness, boundaries and values.
In the world of social media and extreme societal pressure, being authentic is challenging, whilst it is one of the most critical aspects of our life. Because when we are not living authentically, we expend so much energy trying to be someone we are not, rendering this workshop pivotal for our wellbeing.
Carl Jung says, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
I will outline authenticity, how to set healthy boundaries and understand our core values. Because without knowing ourselves, how can we live authentically?
In this 60-75 minute workshop, I help the participants understand what Spiritual Wellbeing means in relation to having a sense of purpose and mission.
The world is, in my ways, spiritually deprived, and this workshop is meant to be a counter-weight to that. We all need to get a sense of our Spirit within, that force which drives us forward.
Oprah Winfrey says, “It isn’t until you come to a spiritual understanding of who you are – not necessarily a religious feeling, but deep down, the spirit within – that you can begin to take control.”
I will outline my definition of spiritual wellbeing and guide the participants toward creating and purpose and mission statement.
