Each session combines grounded teaching with experiential practice — breathwork, guided reflection, visualisation, and embodied exercises — creating learning that lands in the body as well as the mind. These are not lectures. They are spaces where genuine insight becomes possible.

All sessions are accessible to beginners and designed to be immediately useful in daily work and life.

Breath Techniques for Clarity A practical introduction to breathwork as a daily performance tool. Participants learn a range of simple breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and sharpen focus — whether preparing for a presentation, resetting between meetings, or unwinding after a demanding day. 60 minutes · In-person or Zoom · Up to 30 people

Performance Visualisation Tools A guided exploration of visualisation as a tool for mental clarity, emotional regulation, and confidence. Participants leave with practical techniques they can use independently to support focus, mindset, and inner calm. 60 minutes · In-person or Zoom · Up to 30 people

Navigating Change An experiential workshop for teams moving through transition — planned or unexpected. Using breathwork, grounding techniques, and reflective exercises, participants build awareness of their responses to change and develop tools to move through uncertainty with steadiness and clarity. 60 minutes · In-person or Zoom · Up to 30 people

Deeper Listening A workshop exploring the art of presence in communication and collaboration. Participants slow down and develop the skill of listening more fully — to themselves, to others, and to what sits beneath what is being said. Ideal for teams who want to lead and collaborate with more impact. 60 minutes · In-person or Zoom · Up to 30 people

The Inner EQ Skillset A reflective and practical session exploring emotional fluency as a professional asset. Participants learn to identify and work with their emotional patterns, build resilience, and develop the capacity to hold space for discomfort — in service of stronger relationships and better decision-making. 60–90 minutes · In-person or Zoom · Up to 30 people

Collective Reflection A facilitated pause for teams to step back, listen inwardly, and surface insights together. This is not a coaching session or group discussion — it is a guided space of genuine stillness, where clarity often arrives not through analysis, but through noticing. 60–90 minutes · In-person or Zoom · Up to 12 people
