The Art of Meditation, in particular Visual Meditation, is the starting point for all manners of Psychic Development. Because for our mind to come to terms with the psychic parts of our mind, we have to build an internal way to recognise the communication coming towards us.
We have to build that internal sense-making by practising Visual Meditation. The way our guides in Spirit communicate with us, how we pick up other people’s aura, and all manners of perception need a foundation to stand on for us to comprehend information that we are picking up. In essence, all things are colour and sound vibrating at specific frequencies. Without them taking shapes and forms that we can understand, we cannot do anything useful with them.
Moreover, we have to learn to calm our physical mind and strengthen our psychic mind.
Again, we do that via the practice of Visual Meditation.
The word ‘visual’ may seem misleading at first because it implies only seeing, whilst the Visual Meditation that I guide people through in Spiritual Healing includes all the five senses. You will use the sixth sense to expand them.
There are, of course, many different forms of meditation, and in the west, most of them have removed the psychic and spiritual elements. Many of you who are reading this will be familiar with breathwork and mindfulness, and both of them are brilliant forms of meditation and will induce a calming state. You may even experience visions in that calm state. Still, the particular brand of Visual Meditation that I guide people to is geared towards opening the mind to the Spiritual Realm.
You will notice most meditations focus on the breath, a particular point to focus on or repeat a mantra. Learning to calm down with simple breathing exercises is essential in our modern era of stress, constant productivity, and attention (stealing) economy. At the same time, I think that is underselling what is possible with The Power Of Meditation and the areas that the mind can stretch into.
Visual Meditation and Healing
By entering an altered state of consciousness, via the practice of Visual Meditation, we can tap into the Healing Power of the Cosmos to alleviate many of the modern illnesses that so many people are struggling with at the moment. I do not say that lightly, nor do I say that meditation should replace modern medicine.
I think that they can complement each other and work in parallel. Meditation will not heal broken bones, but it can help speed the healing process and lighten an individual’s mind.
I wish that people would open their minds to the Spiritual Realm to explore the expanse of the Spiritual Human condition. Meditation is not meant to be a way to escape our physical reality but to extend it and perhaps further understand why we are here now. In addition, a psychic way to grow our inner strength to cope with the troubles of our physical life. A fine analogy is that one would hit the gym to remain vibrant and cope with life better. How often do people share the therapeutic effects of exercise? I think that Visual Meditation, because of its psychic edge, has similar results.
Developing our psychic mind is not only to read someone else’s aura or partially foresee the future. It is primarily not about that at all; it is about healing and strengthening our mind to deal with our physical life in the way it unfolds.
Nobody knows what lies around the next corner most of the time, and we have to cultivate the inner strength to take it in our stride. Visual Meditation for Psychic Development helps us to achieve that.
When you join me for a guided Visual Meditation, I will take you on a journey through the chakras, take you through to past lives, show you messages from Spirit and introduce you to your guide in Spirit. All of that is possible with Visual Meditation. Do not expect it all to come at once. Results take commitment. Still, you do not need any prior knowledge to begin.
All it takes is the willingness of your mind.
