What is Spiritual healing definition?

What is Spiritual Healing Definition

Spiritual Healing may seem ominous, strange, incomprehensible, yet; I am here to tell you that it is not. In fact, Spiritual Healing is a natural faculty that exists within us.

To engage in Spiritual Healing means to open yourself up to more of The Healing Power of The Cosmos, and you achieve that by calming your physical mind in meditation. When we quiet our physical mind, the doors to the Spiritual Realm can open up because the constant influx of physical thought is not getting in the way.

Spiritual Healing and our Etheric Energies

In more detail, simply by living our life, our etheric energies, The Aura and Chakras, can become blocked, out of balance or otherwise not clear. When that happens, it can negatively impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Our Aura and Chakras are electrical forces in different colours and sounds in their most fundamental forms. We might see them as something else, yet, that is what they are.

You see, if, for example, the indigo chakra, our third eye, is blocked, that can lead to particular negative thinking. Or the orange stomach chakra is unbalanced, which can negatively affect our digestive system.

Our physical existence and spiritual, etheric energies are intrinsically linked with each other, which is why it is so important to look after them with Spiritual Healing.

The Act of Spiritual Healing

In actuality, what happens is that through meditation, we can calm our physical mind. When we are capable of doing that, the valve, which exists around our base chakra all the time to regulate how much energy comes in, can open up a bit more to let the electrical force of the universe move into our etheric energies to revitalise and cleanse them.

We do not want too much energy coming in because that can be too overwhelming.

You can most certainly do Spiritual Healing by yourself; all it takes is practice. There are many different types of meditation practices out there. Most of them will activate your innate healing capabilities. However, we recommend using a meditation which at least includes cleansing the chakras.

You are your own best Spiritual Self-Healer. You can, of course, work with a Healer if you find it difficult to concentrate by yourself. We want to highlight that, even in this instance, you are doing most of the healing work. The healer will transfer some energy to you, yet the Healer is there to facilitate the healing and activate the healing facilities that already exist within you. Many healers will say they are doing the work, which I don’t believe to be the case. You are doing most of the work. My approach to Spiritual Healing is that I am the facilitator, nothing more, nothing less.

Perhaps, with the healer there, they will be able to help you open yourself up to more of the healing force, but that is mostly it. You are doing at least 85% of the work.

To move into Spiritual Healing, you do not need to create elaborate schemes or rituals. All you need is the will of your mind to achieve what you set out to do. Creating a lovely space is helpful because that will create an atmosphere of relaxation, yet, it is not a requirement. All you need is the willingness of your mind to calm your physical mind, to open yourself up to the healing force of the universe.

To conclude, Spiritual Healing is the act of opening ourselves up to the Healing Force of The Cosmos via the practice of meditation. You do not need to go anywhere you to do that. All you need is the willingness of your mind to achieve what you have set out to do—nothing more, nothing less.
